Echo Jade is a separate currency. Confirm any additional in-game bonus and its eligibility before payment; do not add Jade to the Beads quantity shown in your pack.
Monthly Pass and Battle Pass options
- Monthly Pass: A separate monthly reward option. Check its current rewards, duration and daily claim requirements.
- Elite Battle Pass: Review the current pass period, reward track and requirements for your character.
- Premium Battle Pass: A different tier from Elite. Check its current additional benefits and progression rules before paying.
Check any pass already owned by your character before ordering. Current season rewards, upgrade eligibility and repeat-purchase rules must be checked in the game; the Premium tier does not mean every reward is unlocked immediately.

The game detail required here is your Character ID. No game password is needed. Check the receiving character and every digit before paying. Never share your game password, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password.
How do I find my Character ID?
On PC, open the in-game menu with Esc and locate your Character ID. Copy the ID, not your character name. Menu layouts can differ on other devices; if you cannot identify the correct number, ask support before payment.
Which platforms and accounts are supported?

How long does delivery take?

Should I choose a Beads pack or a pass?
Choose an Echo Beads pack for the listed Beads quantity. Monthly Pass, Elite Battle Pass and Premium Battle Pass are separate options with their own rewards and conditions.
Check the current pass period, claim requirements and any pass already owned by your character before buying.
Does Premium Battle Pass unlock every reward immediately?
Buying the Premium tier does not mean every reward on the track is immediately unlocked. Review its current tier benefits, progression requirements and claim rules in the game. Exact seasonal rewards can change.
What if I paid but my purchase has not arrived?
Check payment confirmation, your order status and the game balance or pass status. If the purchase is missing after the usual delivery window, contact support with your order number, Character ID and payment reference.

What if I entered the wrong Character ID?
