Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate our website and provide digital products:

• Account and contact data: username, email address, and any phone number or support information you choose to provide. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive the account information Google makes available for that sign-in.
• Order and delivery data: order ID, product, order value, purchase time, and the game account, Player ID, username, server, or other delivery detail you enter.
• UPI payment data: payment status and transaction or reference details needed to confirm the order and resolve payment issues. We do not ask for or store your UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence, or other government-issued identity document for routine order verification.
• Support data: the contents of messages you send through email or WhatsApp, including your order reference and the details needed to resolve your request.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser, device information, essential cookies, and security logs needed to operate the website, cart, checkout, and account features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data only for the following stated purposes:

• to create and maintain an account, process a purchase, confirm payment, and deliver the digital product;
• to provide customer support, handle refunds, and resolve disputes;
• to protect the website, customers, and business from fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• to maintain records and meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
• to maintain and improve the security, reliability, and performance of our website.

We send promotional messages only where you have made a separate, optional choice to receive them. You can withdraw that choice at any time.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only where necessary for the purposes above, including with:

• our website infrastructure providers, including Hostinger and Cloudflare;
• Google, only when you choose Google Sign-In;
• UPIGateway (upigateway.com), the payment service used to create and confirm UPI payments, together with the UPI application or bank involved in your payment;
• email and WhatsApp services used to respond to you; and
• the relevant product, game, or delivery provider where your supplied delivery details are needed to complete your order.

Some providers may process data outside India. We will review our processors and apply any data-transfer requirements notified by the Government of India.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These measures include access controls, secure website operations, and security monitoring appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

5. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or erase your personal data, withdraw optional marketing consent, or ask questions about how your data is processed. You may also nominate another person to make a rights request on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, subject to appropriate verification.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request and include the email address or order ID associated with your request. We may need limited information to verify that the request is genuine. We will acknowledge the request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Deletion may be limited where we must keep data to fulfil an order, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for functions such as account access, cart, checkout, security, and payment processing. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising/marketing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide an appropriate choice before enabling them.

7. Data Retention

We keep account data while your account remains active and for the minimum time needed afterwards to deal with requests, fraud, disputes, and legal obligations. Order, payment-reference, and support records may be retained for longer where required for tax, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Technical and security logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for security and operations. We review retention and delete or anonymise data when it is no longer required.

8. Children's Privacy

Our accounts and purchases are intended only for people aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly create accounts for, market to, or process orders placed directly by children. If we learn that we have processed a child's personal data, we will take appropriate action, which may include cancelling an undelivered order and deleting the data unless retention is required by law.

We do not carry out behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided us data should contact us immediately at [email protected].

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change requires a new consent, we will provide an appropriate notice and choice.
