Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Sasta Diamond Bazaar (sastadiamondbazaar.in), a Sole Proprietorship operated by Basant Bhat. All purchases are for digital gift cards, e-vouchers, subscriptions, and gaming recharges delivered electronically. We are an independent retailer, not affiliated with any game publishers or brand owners.
Refunds After Delivery
All sales are final once digital items are successfully delivered to your game account.
Limited Exceptions
- Non-delivery within 48 hours due to technical issues
- Duplicate payments
- Wrong item delivered due to our error
- System processing failures
Not Eligible
- Change of mind
- Incorrect account details by customer
- Account bans/suspensions
- Game-related issues
Process
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue
- Provide your Order ID and a brief description of the issue
- Review within 3 business days
- If approved, 5-10 days to original payment
Cancellation
- Before delivery: Contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel an order before it is processed or delivered.
- Security or age concern: We may cancel an undelivered order where we reasonably identify a payment-security risk or a direct purchase by a person under 18. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.
- After delivery: Digital items cannot usually be cancelled once successfully delivered.
