Welcome to Sasta Diamond Bazaar (sastadiamondbazaar.in), a Sole Proprietorship owned and operated by Basant Bhat, based in New Delhi, India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "We," "us," "our" refers to Sasta Diamond Bazaar, a Sole Proprietorship under the name of Basant Bhat
  • "You," "your," "user" refers to any individual accessing our services
  • "Services" refers to the provision of digital gift cards, e-vouchers, subscriptions, and in-game virtual currency
  • "Platform" refers to our website at sastadiamondbazaar.in

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be published on this page.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Our accounts and purchases are intended only for customers aged 18 or above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

We do not knowingly create accounts for, market to, or process orders placed directly by children. If we reasonably believe that an undelivered order was placed by a person under 18, we may cancel the order and return an eligible refund to the original payment method.

We do not ask customers to provide government-issued identity documents to prove their age. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising a minor's access to devices, accounts, and payment methods.

Providing false information, using another person's payment method without permission, or attempting to bypass our security controls may result in:

  • Order review, delay, or cancellation before delivery
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Action where required by applicable law

4. Services

We provide digital gift cards, e-vouchers, subscriptions, and gaming recharges for titles including BGMI, MLBB, Genshin Impact, and others. We are not affiliated with game developers or brand publishers.

5. Accounts

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain account security
  • One account per user
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

6. Payment and Verification

  • UPI payments, including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other supported UPI applications
  • Prices displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment confirmation before delivery

Fraud and security review: We may review, delay, cancel, or refund an undelivered order where we reasonably identify a payment, account, or delivery-security risk. A review does not require you to send us government-issued ID documents.

We will never ask you to share an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving licence, UPI PIN, OTP, bank password, or payment credentials through WhatsApp, email, chat, or any other support channel.

7. Delivery

Delivery is typically completed within 5-30 minutes after payment confirmation. Ensure that the game details you provide are correct. A legitimate fraud or security review may delay delivery or lead to a pre-delivery cancellation and refund.

8. Refunds

No refunds after delivery. All sales are final once virtual currency is credited to your game account. Exceptions apply only for technical failures on our end.

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases after successful delivery:

  • Virtual goods already delivered and credited to the game account
  • Incorrect game ID/server provided by customer
  • Change of mind after delivery

Pre-delivery cancellations: If you contact us before processing begins, or we identify a security concern or direct minor purchase before delivery, we may cancel the order. Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method.

9. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, hacking, unauthorised resale, harmful automation, use of another person's payment method without permission, and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use only the personal data reasonably necessary to provide the service, process orders, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

No routine ID collection: We do not collect or store Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, driving licences, or other government-issued identity documents for routine order or payment verification.

11. Liability

Services "as is". Not liable for game issues, bans, or in-game problems. Max liability = transaction amount.

12. Disputes

Contact support first. Delhi courts jurisdiction. Indian law applies.
