Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "We," "us," "our" refers to Sasta Diamond Bazaar
• "You," "your," "user" refers to any individual accessing our services
• "Services" refers to the provision of in-game virtual currency

2. Acceptance

By using our services, you accept these Terms. We may modify Terms at any time.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from Sasta Diamond Bazaar. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling minors' access to devices and payment methods. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made by minors who provide false age information.

Providing false age information is considered fraud and may result in:

• Immediate order cancellation without refund
• Permanent account suspension
• Legal action as per Indian laws

4. Services

We provide digital gaming currency for MLBB, PUBG, Genshin Impact, etc. We are not affiliated with game developers.

5. Accounts

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain account security
• One account per user
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

6. Payment and Verification

• UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Prices in INR
• Payment confirmation required

Identity and Payment Verification: For transactions above ₹10,000 or first-time high-value purchases, we reserve the right to request:

• Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License) showing your date of birth
• Verification that the name on your payment method matches the name on your ID document

This verification is mandatory for fraud prevention and compliance with Indian financial regulations. You may blur sensitive information except name and date of birth for privacy. Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation without refund.

7. Delivery

Delivery within 5-30 minutes. Ensure correct game details. Verification requests may delay delivery until completed.

8. Refunds

No refunds after delivery. All sales are final once virtual currency is credited to your game account. Exceptions apply only for technical failures on our end.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Customer refuses to complete mandatory age or identity verification
• Orders placed by minors who provided false age information
• Verification documents do not match the payment method name
• Virtual goods already delivered and credited to the game account
• Incorrect game ID/server provided by customer

Pre-Delivery Cancellations: If you wish to cancel before order processing, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will cancel and refund within 3 working days if the order has not been processed yet.

9. Prohibited Activities

No fraud, hacking, reselling, or automation. Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or attempting to circumvent age verification is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

Minimal data collection. Data protected. See Privacy Policy.

Verification Data: For high-value transactions, we collect and securely store ID proofs and payment verification documents. This data is used only for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We do not share this information with third parties except as required by law.

11. Liability

Services "as is". Not liable for game issues, bans, or in-game problems. Max liability = transaction amount.

12. Disputes

Contact support first. Delhi courts jurisdiction. Indian law applies.
