Honor of Kings top-up questions
Which details do I need for an Honor of Kings top-up?
Enter your Player ID (UID) only. Copy it from your game profile, not your nickname. No Server ID or game password is needed. Never share your game password, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password.
Is my game version or account region supported?
Game versions and account routes can differ. If you are unsure whether your Honor of Kings account is supported, contact support before payment rather than choosing a different account.
Can I pay for HOK Tokens with UPI in India?
Yes. Prices are shown in INR. Checkout supports UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and BHIM. Review the final payable amount and see our payment methods.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery is instant after payment confirmation. Incorrect account details, payment verification or a game or supplier service interruption may delay processing.
What should I check before buying a Weekly Card?
Weekly Card and Weekly Card Plus are separate options. Review the current in-game rewards, claim requirements, duration and eligibility for the selected card before buying. If anything is unclear, ask support before paying.
Should I choose a Token pack or a card?
Choose a Token pack for the listed Token amount. Weekly Card and Weekly Card Plus have their own in-game reward rules. Compare the selected package with what you need, and check its current requirements before payment.
Do the listed Token totals already include the plus amounts?
Yes. 830 Tokens means 800 + 30, 1245 means 1200 + 45, and 2508 means 2400 + 108. Those plus amounts are included in the total; do not add them again. The other available Token packs are 16, 80, 240, 400 and 560.
What if I paid but my purchase has not arrived?
Check your payment confirmation, order status and game balance or card status. If the purchase is missing, contact support with your order number, Player ID and payment reference. Ask us to check the existing order before paying again; you do not need to wait before asking for help.
What if I entered the wrong Player ID?
Contact support immediately with your order number and correct details. A completed top-up cannot be assumed reversible. Incorrect customer details are generally not eligible for a refund after successful delivery. Read the refund and cancellation policy.
