Cards, Super VIP and SUPER PASS

- Super VIP Card: A separate purchase from Weekly Card and Monthly Card. Confirm that this is the option you want before paying.
- SUPER PASS and SUPER PASS BUNDLE: Different listings. Check the current pass and bundle contents for your account; do not assume both give the same rewards.

How to top up Super Sus
- Select an available packReview the pack name, quantity and current INR price.
- Copy your Super Sus IDOpen the game and tap your avatar. Look for the Space ID below your profile picture. If your interface differs, ask support for help.
- Enter your User IDPaste the Space ID into the User ID field and check every digit. Do not enter your nickname or game password.
- Review and pay with UPICheck your selected item, account details and final amount. Keep the order number and payment reference.
- Check your purchaseAfter payment confirmation, allow the usual 5–15 minutes, then check your balance or selected card/pass status. Payment checks or service interruptions may cause delays.
Super Sus top-up questions
Where can I find my Super Sus User ID?
Open Super Sus and tap your avatar to open your profile. Look for the Space ID below your profile picture, then copy it into the User ID field. Menu positions can change between versions. If you cannot locate it, ask support before paying. Use the ID, not your nickname.
How long does a Super Sus recharge take?
Usually 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation. Payment checks, incorrect account details or game and supplier interruptions may cause delays. Keep your order number and payment reference so support can check the order if needed.
Can I pay for Goldstar with UPI?
Yes. Prices are shown in INR, and you can select UPI at checkout. Check the final payable amount before confirming. See our payment methods for more information.
Why do some websites show 128 or 395 Goldstar?
Some displayed totals include additional promotional rewards. Our listed 100 and 310 Goldstar packs use the confirmed standard quantities. We do not guarantee the extra rewards advertised elsewhere. The same distinction applies to the larger packs.
Which card or pass should I choose?
Choose a Goldstar pack when you want the listed currency amount. Weekly Card, Monthly Card and Super VIP Card have their own benefits. SUPER PASS and SUPER PASS BUNDLE are separate options. Check the current benefits, any reward-claim requirements and eligibility before buying; ask support if the package name does not match what you see in the game.
Does this work with every account or platform?
Do not assume that every regional edition or platform uses the same top-up route. If you are unsure, contact support before payment with your game version and account details. You do not need to share a game password.
What if I paid but the item has not arrived?
Check your payment confirmation, order status and game balance or selected card/pass status. If the purchase is still missing, contact support with your order number, User ID and payment reference. Ask us to check that order before paying again. You can ask for help without waiting for the estimate to expire.
What if I entered the wrong User ID?
Contact support immediately with your order number and correct ID. Do not assume a completed top-up can be reversed. Refund and cancellation eligibility follows our published policy.
